The best case for Base CRM is at the free option for a small business. There are better options for companies with a larger marketing budget. Base CRM is a great add-on for a single salesperson to track their customers, but needs more improvements if it is to get to an enterprise level. Great free option!

It has performed well above our expectations and has given us the time we'd be better off spending on building new strategies and customer development, over manual PPC campaign management. The ROI far exceeds what we could have promised on our own with many clients and we wouldn't want to give up that kind of almost guaranteed ROI for our clients.

It definitely takes some instruction to get to be able to use the system. One would struggle trying to get it to work without any previous experience with it. If you are famailiar with the interface it is actually quite fast and easy to maneuver around.

This product has a great backing of users, but needs more options direct from Base CRM on all operations of the software. YouTube videos do a great job of helping implement, and the back end support is a great help as well. The CRM is a great free option, and should be treated as such.

I think it's a good way to automate and take more control during the digital advertising process.You can have access to a lot of data, spreadsheets and statistics, but that is difficult to manage at the beginning.

Let's face it, there's a lot of competition in the market of CRM systems. From Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho, which offer other modules that integrate other elements of the business into the CRM, to options like Sharpspring, CampaignerCRM, and SugarCRM that integrates marketing tools into a CRM scope, there are new systems hitting the market every day. For me the decision came down to price, usability, and the ability to continue to grow with the system. I've been very happy with the Base interface, the email integration aspect, and the ease of reporting and tracking
