Coaches who work remotely with their clients.It's been difficult to have people sign a waiver to take a digital course that I created. I had to send each client individually an email with the agreement to sign. It'd be great to have a fillable document that pops up when someone purchases an online course for exemple

Citrix RightSignature

RightSignature is best suited for documents with very few fields to complete, i.e, just providing a signature and maybe a date. It is less suited for a long document such as a lease package of 40 pages or more where the operator must configure several fill fields per page. That gets tedious quickly.

  • Once you're logged in, it's super easy to use. I love that documents get instantly emailed to me and to my customers.
  • It works great overall! I know that sounds counter-intuitive from my suggestions, but I have been a huge fan of Adobe Sign. It's been instrumental in building my business.
  • I love the reminder feature.

  • I'd like to see a Fill & Sign button in the utility bar at the top of the page. In addition, I like to have the capability to push the Fill & Sign button and go directly to me for signature. Currently, I have to scroll down on the right side of the page, select Fill & Sign, then select if it's me or signing for someone else. Should be one button on the toolbar.
  • It would be nice to have some kind of notary service for some documents.

  • Some clients in older age brackets did not like working with electronic documents and software.
  • It was difficult at times to make the initial boxes a uniform size when preparing the document in RightSignature.
  • Sometimes it could be difficult to insert a signature box into a small space on the document.
  • Documents were only saved on the system for a limited amount of time.

It is by far the easiest service we have used to obtain digital signatures from employees. In the past we had done it by hand (a process I would not recommend for 1500+ employees) and with another company that would not allow us to create our own forms and would charge us for each form.

It is extremely user friendly for people receiving the form. When setting up the form it's easy to make mistakes and to assign a field to the wrong person. When I was starting out it often took me 4-5 tries before I got the form ready to send out. Even now I need to do really careful checks before sending a form out because I find it so easy to make mistakes

Some of the clunkiness in the user interface and the processing of documents could be made more seamless. However, once you get over that learning curve, it's straightforward enough. The API for integrating external systems is well documented, and the support crew is great at getting you over the rough spots. There's nothing bad about their system, just a few things I thought could be more elegant.

Adobe sign is very fast. Pages load in real time. When we send/receive docs to/from our clients it only takes a matter of seconds. Once a client applies their signature it can be added to any field within one second. I am very pleased with the speed of adobe sign.

We are Citrix Partners so we would expect better support, but it took a very long time and lots of back and forth and looping in other support people to simply integrate our ShareFile account with RightSignature. Quite surprised it was such a hard thing to do... Maybe retail customers get a better experience?

The best types of training are well integrated into the product and Echosign does this well. As mentioned earlier in my review - there are some areas of functionality that can be difficult to understand ("only I sign") for the novice user.Other areas such as macro usage, bulk signature and so on were easily learned and understood via the online tools.

We did not use it in the manner that most companies do, so I am pleased with how our company handled implementation. We will be pushing the full company over into Echosign for various processes which will incorporate more of an implementation effect.

Good documentation for the API. With a little help from RS tech staff, any competent programmer should be able to integrate RightSignature with an existing system in a week or three. That help is easy to get as well

I haven't used any outside products. I researched a few last year when deciding if I'd continue on my Adobe Cloud program but ultimately chose to continue with Adobe Sign. Prior to this program, I did everything on paper or through emailing, printing, writing and scanning between myself and my clients. So, it's safe to say that Adobe Sign has been a great switch. Most of my clients are 30 and under and use the program with relative ease. If I have an older client who is not so tech-savvy I always worry about my heavy electronic use and how it will work for them but they've never had issue since it's such an easy-to-use program

HelloSign is very clunky, hard to use, and not very user friendly. tracking and reporting is much more difficult and making sure things that were sent in the past, are much harder to bring to the forefront and re-send if it's been a while.
