Adobe Sign is very appropriate for our legal team for sending out client contracts for signature. Our legal department also has several templates that would be great in Adobe sign. In addition, we have a contracts manager at another division that would benefit from Adobe Sign.

This application is well suited for any firm or individual with plenty of legal documents to be signed/co-signed across large geographical areas. When time is gold, even different locations inside the same city could be a problem if you need immediate approval. If you are a supervisor and you have several employees using the software, besides saving additional costs, you have the possibility to supervise proper document handling. When not in a rush, and in low quantities, you still can go the old way of signing/scanning and re-sending documents without paying for any further software.

Pros
Adobe Sign
- Adding my signature is VERY user friendly. The buttons to edit the document are clear and leave no room for confusion.
- I love that when I click the "Sign" button my signature appears so I can drag it easily to the signature block on the document.

- We are trying to go paperless in our office and this has allowed me to do that with the documents that I am responsible for.
- SignNow provides a time/date stamp which helps in record keeping.
- It is very easy to use!

- Automatic sizing is good when ensuring the text does not cut off, but I typically change to a set size or adjust the box so some field won't end up being comically large. I would like the ability to set a default size for all fields while allowing auto size to make it smaller if the text is too long.
- Maintain the files names when executing multiple documents rather than part 1, part 2, etc. This would save time renaming and other recipient confusion after-the-fact.
- Allow Digital Signatures on each document when sending multiples. Our Providers can only accept digital signatures (electronic does not suffice). The group needs to send multiple one page documents as a package to be signed. Because of this limit they are not able to utilize Adobe Sign.

- Not the easiest to search signed contracts for specific contracts, on a per file template basis.
- Does not allow to send from more than one email. I have a few different email addresses, so I need a new account for each.
- Does not upload document properly. Will change the layout of an uploaded doc, and spread what was on a single page to two pages... Hard to match from the Word template and what what it will look like on upload.

It is by far the easiest service we have used to obtain digital signatures from employees. In the past we had done it by hand (a process I would not recommend for 1500+ employees) and with another company that would not allow us to create our own forms and would charge us for each form.

Not much to say on usability, other than it does everything as advertised and does them well. Recent UI improvements have made it a bit snappier and streamlined to bring it in line with the user experience offered by its main competitor, DocuSign. The usability of integrations and seamlessly blending Adobe Sign with offerings in Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader DC are great, as well

If anyone has ever used an online signature platform, they will understand how to use this from the customer-facing area. In terms of setup and execution, it is a lengthy process but once done a few times is easy to execute. I also think that our documents are a little bit more lengthy, and thus, require some additional time just in the volume of pages.

Adobe sign is very fast. Pages load in real time. When we send/receive docs to/from our clients it only takes a matter of seconds. Once a client applies their signature it can be added to any field within one second. I am very pleased with the speed of adobe sign.

Support has been good however somewhat uneven across the board. I usually bring difficult questions to the table which can't be solved by a simple support document. Most L1 support engineers are helpful for the basics however I've found availability has been tough. Although support has been adequate, we get responses at off-work hours which is not ideal for the NE market.

I have only had to use SignNow's support once, and that was just for a general question (I wasn't having a problem with the product). The response was very timely and very helpful. Other than that, I have not had to contact SignNow's support department because I'm always able to get my questions answered using their online support.

The best types of training are well integrated into the product and Echosign does this well. As mentioned earlier in my review - there are some areas of functionality that can be difficult to understand ("only I sign") for the novice user.Other areas such as macro usage, bulk signature and so on were easily learned and understood via the online tools.

We did not use it in the manner that most companies do, so I am pleased with how our company handled implementation. We will be pushing the full company over into Echosign for various processes which will incorporate more of an implementation effect.

Alternatives Considered
Adobe Sign
Compared to one of the two that I've used before, Adobesign works better and is what I prefer. Adobe Sign has features that the other one doesn't and it just functions better. DocuSign also functions well too, but I can't remember why my organization moved to Adobesign instead. It could be due to budget or the number of licenses available.

The biggest difference between DocuSign and SignNow is the price! SignNow is so very affordable as compared to DocuSign which was the initial draw. I do not have any loyalty to another software just because it may be popular or widely used by others, I'm looking for a solution that gets the same job done but at a more economical price!

- Negative- Only the one case where a user had signed up for a trial before he was given the licensed product. Once the trial ended he started having issues. Solved by creating a new user with a different email.
- Positive- Teams seem to love it.

- I can close deals faster because I can email documents to be electronically signed.
- I'm more organized since SignNow stores all my signed documents for me.
- The cost of closing a deal has gone down. It doesn't take me as long and there are no expensive trips or mailings to get documents signed.
