ADP Celergo vs. FingerCheck

ADP Celergo is well suited for companies that are in one country and moving to a new country/location, which we are in the midst of as we add European offices. This multi-national software has allowed us to seamlessly make the transition for some of our employees. This may be less appropriate for companies that are only operating in one country.

Its good for a company that wants employees to see their available PTO and request it themselves. it's easy for each employee to clock in and out. The supervisors can have access to all their employees and see who is working at any given moment. It's a pretty good system.

• It can be hard to tell when the last time your PTO was updated.
• If you forget to clock in - you need a supervisor to approve your request.

We had previously used Paylocity and Workday and they were a step below ADP in terms of payroll processing and reporting. This application has given us increased efficiency in our payroll process and cut down our time significantly. We selected ADP Celergo as we were adding additional countries to our company and it made this seamless
