ADP Celergo vs. WebHR

ADP Celergo is well suited for companies that are in one country and moving to a new country/location, which we are in the midst of as we add European offices. This multi-national software has allowed us to seamlessly make the transition for some of our employees. This may be less appropriate for companies that are only operating in one country.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

We had previously used Paylocity and Workday and they were a step below ADP in terms of payroll processing and reporting. This application has given us increased efficiency in our payroll process and cut down our time significantly. We selected ADP Celergo as we were adding additional countries to our company and it made this seamless

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.
