ADP Enterprise HR vs. BerniePortal

ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

It’s way easier than other HR tools. It’s perfect for middle size company [with] 100-500 employees. It requires very [little] effort to perform all tasks. For salary calculation, it sometimes got stuck in the monthly calculation. Other than that it’s all perfect. It decreases a lot of time and allows us to manage other operations. So I would always recommend it over any other software.

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

My organization uses ADP Workforce and Javelo in addition to BerniePortal for other aspects of resource management such as payroll, performance reviews, etc. BerniePortal stood out as our choice of platform for benefits enrollment due to its ease of use and ability to compare plans during the election process.
