ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

I am very likely to recommend MYOB Payglobal I would rate this as a 9. Having MYOB Payglobal has meant that our organization can expend and grow without having to consider if our systems will be able to handle increased numbers of employees, and companies. Also the WAP system allows us to change the structure if there is a structural change within the organization.

  • It is a large system and requires those using it to fully understand some of the back end

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

MYOB
MYOB was well supported in New Zealand and came highly recommended by multiple sources. It was a system that had more modules than just Payroll and HR which meant that going forward we could add modules without having to look at changing systems. The implementation of these module could be staggered as the business need arose.

  • It works well with Intuit QuickBooks so information integrates easily for fast reporting.
  • Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
  • Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.
