ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Having MYOB Payglobal has meant that our organization can expend and grow without having to consider if our systems will be able to handle increased numbers of employees, and companies. Also the WAP system allows us to change the structure if there is a structural change within the organization.

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

MYOB was well supported in New Zealand and came highly recommended by multiple sources. It was a system that had more modules than just Payroll and HR which meant that going forward we could add modules without having to look at changing systems. The implementation of these module could be staggered as the business need arose.
