ADP Enterprise HR vs. PageUp

ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

I think it can be very helpful and generate great ROI if you are a big company with a lot of recruitment processes running. It provides a centralized management view and a lot of resources/features. It can be too much and become hard to manage if you have spot and urgent demands, since it takes time to start getting results from the system, considering its learning curve.

• I really enjoy using PageUp because once you're trained in it, it's very easy to use.
• It's especially strong in being able to organize manage positions and you're able to put as much information as you need on the job descriptions.

• At first reporting and analytics were a bit confusing, but then we got used to it.
• It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product.

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

• Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
• Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.
