If I ever have an issue, the support center has always been able to assist promptly. The few times we have upgraded to a newer version of the product the support we received during those times was also very helpful and made the process easier and less stressful to deal with.

Would be better suited for larger companies, >50 employees, with need for highly customize-able policies and tracking. i.e. lunch policy, rounding policy, premium pay rates, different pay periods, 3 or more accruals, etc... Not as good a fit for smaller companies with only basic needs for tracking time and vacation.

Cons

  • A better way to communicate with staff of their timesheets

  • TimeForce could use more features, such as: the capability of multipe entries. It offers some, but I would like to see more.

TimeForce works effectively and efficiently. It also has a battery backup when there is a power outage. It is reliable and user friendly.

Usability

ADP Enterprise eTIME5.0

In some ways, the flexibility of eTime makes it much more usable than some time card systems. I can log my own hours at my convenience (as long as it is during the pay period), and eTime sends me a reminder email 24 hours before the cut-off for each pay period. I can log hours for multiple positions using particular pay codes, although there is no way for me to save frequently used or "my" pay codes -- adding this feature would be a much-appreciated improvement to eTime's usability. Juggling multiple pay codes within the current system, however, is cumbersome. There can also be problems if an incorrect or overlapping hour is accidentally entered and saved -- certain fields turn red and are difficult to adjust, often requiring the help of a software administrator. Correcting other errors and entering historical hours is extremely difficult, and the software does not work well on some browsers (and it is unattractive when I have been able to get it to work)

Overall for the end user it is easy to navigate and use. Whenever you get into scheduling and administrative it gets a tad cumbersome.

Most of my issues can not be handled by the chat so I have to call in and usually I am on the phone for an hour or two and my problem does not always get resolved immediately or I have to wait for the next update to get resolved. When there is an update the wait time is even worse because it never fails they do an update to fix one problem and another one arises.

QQest support and engineering team is great - basically a few clicks of next, one call to QQest and the software was ready for use.

TimeForceII gives us more flexibility with creating jobs and services than QB does. QB does not let each individual employee input their time sheets. I can run one report and not have to enter them from each individuals timesheet. Saves me time so that I can get more accomplished in my day.
