ADP Health Compliance vs. ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite

This is important for small business start ups that need to implement this with their HR. The compliance with the ACA is necessary to reduce risk and fines for all. I don't see where there would be times when it is less appropriate unless there are multiple states involved and not all of the monitoring capabilities are possible.

ATOSS is well suited for companies working with different work patterns and on different sites. It is also possible to block the changes for the past, which is really useful if payroll is centralized. The interfaces work with multiple systems as well. But in order to avoid having a huge database, it has to be carefully cleaned from time to time by a system admin, especially if you give access to multiple persons.

• The ability to breakdown the data into segments allows us to zero in on errors or problems that we can focus on in order to correct those issues.
• The information is presented in an easy to understand interface which is very user-friendly and very intuitive. I have used the interface in the past to change data or approvals of forms. It was something I could figure out on my own due to it being so easy to navigate.
• ADP Compliance is very good at pulling in the data and identifying issues and presenting it in method that is easy to work off of. We have many employees and the files we sent over were uploaded and processed. The errors were quickly identified so we could focus on correcting the problem employees.

Before using ADP Health Compliance, I used Paylocity's ACA tool while working for them. I'll be honest - Paylocity leads in design and innovation. They were using complex systems far before ADP had them. When we started using the ADP Smart Compliance system, we were expected to review massive spreadsheets as the system was not available. However, ADP got with the program and was able to produce a system that is actually very advanced.

This tool is suited for any airline company and based on a market benchmark done in 2009, we selected it as it was the only software that meets our requirements.
