ADP Health Compliance vs. Calabrio Teleopti WFM

This is important for small business start ups that need to implement this with their HR. The compliance with the ACA is necessary to reduce risk and fines for all. I don't see where there would be times when it is less appropriate unless there are multiple states involved and not all of the monitoring capabilities are possible.

Calabrio Teleopti WFM is widely used in our organization, and once we've gotten the hang of it, it's very simple to use. We can manage the entries to each employee's task lists, plan the turns that each teleworker will cover, and swap turns as needed. We can also automate the completion of scheduled management tasks and calculate how much time each employee spends at the company. This application, in general, ensures increased productivity on the call center platform.

• The ability to breakdown the data into segments allows us to zero in on errors or problems that we can focus on in order to correct those issues.
• The information is presented in an easy to understand interface which is very user-friendly and very intuitive. I have used the interface in the past to change data or approvals of forms. It was something I could figure out on my own due to it being so easy to navigate.
• ADP Compliance is very good at pulling in the data and identifying issues and presenting it in method that is easy to work off of. We have many employees and the files we sent over were uploaded and processed. The errors were quickly identified so we could focus on correcting the problem employees.

• The ability for agents to request and swap shifts works well
• Agent tools for viewing schedules and requests is user friendly

It serves my needs perfectly, but it sometimes glitches where you press a link and it downloads the page instead of opens it.

Before using ADP Health Compliance, I used Paylocity's ACA tool while working for them. I'll be honest - Paylocity leads in design and innovation. They were using complex systems far before ADP had them. When we started using the ADP Smart Compliance system, we were expected to review massive spreadsheets as the system was not available. However, ADP got with the program and was able to produce a system that is actually very advanced.

I have worked for other smaller companies that have just used excel sheets to manage scheduling and it was a complete mess. This is a complete and utter 180 in that scheduling is so simplified and creates/causes basically zero conflict among staff.

• Positive: it made the collection of open enrollment information a lot easier with a lot less keying of information for the HR department to do. So it saved a lot of time for us.

• They must work to update the characteristics of the integrated items so that they can be better in general based on user demand.
• In general, the software is very easy to use and offers a wide range of working functions.
