Likelihood to Recommend I think RUN Powered by ADP® is suitable for any business - large or small - it takes the workload and tax issues off of already burdened small business owners. With my package, I can also post job openings, have access to HR assistance and I also swear by Pay by Pay for Workers Comp.
Read full review Teamwork is awesome for teams who need a flexible tool that supports all types of projects. Since it supports kanban it makes visualizing the work to be done and the work in progress very easy. The Gantt chart support is decent and helps to understand how a team is doing when it comes to getting work done in a given time frame. Teamwork isn't a great option for companies that have a bunch of projects going simultaneously due to the way Teamwork structures their billing based on a number of active projects.
Read full review Pros Has experts who are knowledgeable in all payroll related needs Allows you to quickly and easily make changes to individual employee data Is easy to use anywhere you are - whether on their mobile app or website Has several products that work well together - a one stop provider Read full review I am a believer that simple and easy should be the key to create great opportunities. Teamwork has helped me to turn simple task management into the execution of large, massive projects. It has certainly worked great in helping to maintain workflow in my department. Read full review Cons I would love to see a "frequently performed action" button I would also like to see the most recent things done on last sign on for example I would also like to see tips and tricks to navigating through RUN Powered by ADP® Read full review Visualization needs to be improved, charts graphs are limited Value stream mapping should be available to determine and prioritize the work. Documentation should be available stepwise with export and printable facility. It should be configurable like ERP with cross functionalities of different users, where users login, assign and approve the work, job or project details, where it should be collectively effected on a project. Add many examples, little more AI, Machine learning required for suggestion and recommendation. It would be a plus point Read full review Likelihood to Renew It is much better than the payroll system I used previously. The integrations that RUN has for on-boarding new hires are very convenient when they work properly. It saves a tremendous amount of time being able to email a link to new employees that allows them to enter much of their own demographic information. Payroll feature alerts me when someone's pay is significantly less or more than usual.
Read full review We are already at an annual contract, and have been for the past 5 years; so far the system has delivered, and our personal is already trained in it. A major overhaul of our entire infrastructure (as in moving everything to a single, unified platform) might change the current continuity of Teamwork Projects on our organization, but that's not feasible in the near future.
Read full review Usability I have been using this system for years and they have actually made it easier and easier. The system is always making great upgrades that don't necessarily require any additional information or training. I love when I log in and see a new feature or button that I get to use to make my life easier!
Read full review I give it a 9 out of 10, because there is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Teamwork Projects because there is a lot to learn & recognize where to find it. They do offer a good range of tools that can be applied to every project - So say you're working on an internal project and don't need Milestones or Billing, you can shut those modules off. This can help simplify the interface for beginners. Once you've had a few days in Teamwork Projects, I think it's a 10/10 usability. It's very easy to accomplish your tasks and keep track of what you're managing.
Read full review Reliability and Availability I have never had an instance of an outage. It is always available as I have added data while travelling, on weekends, and in after work hours. Retrieving pdf's is also available at any time for employees and benefit participants.
Read full review Performance ADP Run loads a bit slowly at times, once I put in my credentials. However, that said, I think my perception of the time it takes is impacted by our "instant gratification" expectation of being able to get into everything quickly.
Read full review Support Rating At times it takes a few minutes to reach someone and sometimes the ADP automated voice prompt does not recognize my name when I say it. Also, sometimes I am forwarded to different departments and I have to explain my issue 2 or 3 times. It is hard to know whether it is an ADP Run/payroll processing issue versus an ADP Time and Attendance issue. Over the last year or so that I have called ADP, sometimes I am left on hold for a very long time.
Read full review We've been able to meet with the customer success team on multiple occasions to discuss the roadmap and learn about the company culture. Being based in Ireland, we occasionally have to wait until they wake up to get support requests handled in the states and larger conversations about big enhancement requests were politely collected but not followed up on
Read full review In-Person Training they helped up with the 1st payroll after that we were fine - it is very user friendly- they wanted to be sure everything had imported correctly.
Read full review Online Training very easy to learn i think it took maybe one payroll to have it down and we were up and running
Read full review Implementation Rating Make sure there's plenty of time between payrolls for the implementation and be sure to test all the manually inputted fields.
Read full review Alternatives Considered RUN Powered by ADP® is quicker and easier to navigate and understand, with fewer hoops to jump through when needing to complete a task. RUN Powered by ADP® also allows to faster help when needed to get you back on track and not falling behind.
Read full review I spoke about this quite a bit before, but as far as usability goes, Microsoft Projects is totally useless for me, so I avoid it at all costs.
Basecamp was just a task management app and had very small feature set beyond that. We had to rig it to do other things for us, but it failed at that.
Asana was a very nice app to trial, but it lacked many of the features that we were looking for.
Read full review Scalability Every summer, we hire three new college interns who have to be entered into the system. They can enter their information themselves, which takes a load off me. The onboarding is quite straightforward, and today's college kids are techy enough to be able to understand it.
Read full review Return on Investment The payroll tax service eliminates the exposure penalties if we do them and make a mistake. Do not have to reconcile the Payroll Bank Account for the the checks issued to employees. We just need to reconcile the transaction from ADP for tax and net check amounts. The history of employees is kept on the ADP portal, and we do not have to manage to keep that updated. Employees can access their records, saving us time not having to look up things for them. Read full review Teamwork was a great starter into project management software. We were WAY more organized and efficient than we ever were with Trello boards and the PM software included with our accounting system. Clients were mostly pleased with interacting with Teamwork, and appreciated the ability to track their comments and requests in one place. Ultimately, we stopped using Teamwork after about 6 months because we need something more focused on web development projects specifically Read full review ScreenShots RUN Powered by ADP® Screenshots
