With the current problems due to COVID-19, this has become a very important functionality that ADP VirtualEdge does not offer me, since online interviews would be an option to avoid physical contact.
ADP VirtualEdge is more specifically [for] applicant tracking and hiring whereas Workforce Now is more for human resources management. It is more specifically targeted to hiring instead of general management. It is also less supported and can take longer to get it help. Overall, it is comparable to other lower tier products.
Our previous vendor had slow turn around times, often we would see background checks taking weeks to return results to us. We would also note discrepancies in state compliance and have to point them out to be addressed by their system. Good Hire seems to be more compliant with state regulations and have had quicker processing times for our end users
