Likelihood to Recommend ADP VirtualEdge is undoubtedly the platform that any company needs to be able to keep an exact control of the candidates and the performance of each one of them. It is important to note that ADP VirtualEdge allows the monitoring of candidates and new employees, which makes it easier to know if the new employee is meeting the skills presented in the interview. This platform has a complete order for all the résumés received and provides complete management for the new applications of candidates for a specific position. I would recommend it without a doubt, it has quick benefits.

Read full review Pros Previously, it was more difficult to store all the resumes that we received, since there were many candidates for the jobs that we had open in our company, however, ADP VirtualEdge gave me a better handling of resumes, the platform stores all the resumes in chronological order Resumes received and this makes it easier to read each of these. I love the duplicate candidate prevention function, sometimes people make mistakes when applying for a job and this causes the application to be duplicated, this platform performs this process automatically and prevents duplicate applications, it is fantastic. It has an excellent integration with my social networks, which helps me to be able to make publications of the available jobs and also allows me to see details in real-time of the applications that I have received from those publications in my social networks. It provides me with a section where I can manage all the interviews. For me, it is one of the most important functions since I can have a much higher order for the interviews that I have scheduled. Many other platforms that I have used in the past allowed me to conduct interviews online without having to do it in person. With the current problems due to COVID-19, this has become a very important functionality that ADP VirtualEdge does not offer me, since online interviews would be an option to avoid physical contact. It is more specifically targeted to hiring instead of general management. It is also less supported and can take longer to get it help. Overall, it is comparable to other lower tier products.
