ADP provides greater support for our payroll due to the volume of different unions, pay scales, and work rules that we deal with. Also, it appeared to offer better functionality for the Affordable Care Act reporting.
Paychex Flex is a great system, but the price they charge isn't worth a few more bells and whistles. QuickBooks is extremely basic for payroll and not ideal for a company like ours that has so many moving parts.
