It's best when dealing with several clients, products, and creative materials. When dealing with a high volume of creative materials to be trafficked to several different networks, I'd recommend Adstream.

If you are in a sales or marketing role, especially as it relates to demand generation, the email tracking features allows to easily identify promising prospects and close more deals. There are also highly customizable templates that can be easily personalized when sending bulk emails. It comes in very handy for SDRs.

  • Track leads opening emails and clicking links. We could easily see if a lead forwarded an email to a large group of people for instance, because the stats would show it.
  • Connect our email and CRM to log email activities onto Leads and Contacts.
  • Keep users inside of our email system instead of copying and pasting email templates from multiple places.

It seems they won't allow people to talk to anyone on the phone, and they usually tell me it should be working fine. I send multiple emails with screenshots, and they simply will not get on the phone to resolve it quickly. For paying users of the product there should be faster and better ways to keep customers happy. Although I do like the product, this could be better.

What I've used:
  1. CirrusInsight: logging emails to our CRM, tracking stats and link clicks, and using templates. This tool ended up being a much more productive option for our team, and had more features than Tout offered. Cirrus was also a much faster tool to use instead of slowing down our machines like Tout does.
  2. Salesforce Inbox: see features above. This also has not slowed down our machines.
  3. Gmail: features like canned responses and Snooze email. Gmail doesn't directly offer logging emails to a CRM or tracking open/click stats.

  • One-stop place for all involved to be able to see spots, and be in the loop with QA and delivery process

  • It had a good impact on me because I was able to track my prospects' engagement and reach out to them first before reaching out to others.
  • It didn't log Salesforce tasks for me so I had to go do that myself which costs me extra time.
