Likelihood to Recommend By using the share of search aspect of Adthena, I could see that although the SOS for one brand was high at this point in time compare to competitors, that the competitor had more growth in the last 3 months which identified a time to research in more depth to see as to why which I wouldn't have got if I used a platform which looks at the search volume as it stands and worked out the SOS manually.

Read full review Likelihood to Renew With the combined resources of crowdsorced info on both data.com as well as the immediacy of info on LinkedIn, as well as intel on Hoovers, information provided on ZoomInfo is more readily available if you have the time to invest in looking for it. However, at the pace we do business, having a "one stop shop" for information is very convenient. On efficiency alone, ZoomInfo is worth the price of subscription considering our business model.
Read full review Usability Well it's fairly good to use, it's just that there are some hiccups that keep happening daily. It takes forever to load sometimes and some leads are not just available even tho other providers have that information. However, great place to start your research from and brings a lot of structure to my reachouts.
Read full review Support Rating Our Kantar rep is great and very responsive overall. It is hard to get on-site training and preferred pricing with them, but at the end of the day, I am helpful that they are around.

Read full review There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.

Trying to get these credits back, good luck getting a customer service rep to assist. Negative - In my experience, information provided for 0-5 employee companies inaccurate Negative - In my opinion, due to not being able to get the information and not honoring their guarantee, no revenue goals were met. Negative - I feel, for this size prospect, there is no time savings. You will still need to manually research the company on other sites or by cold calling to get the missing information.
