Likelihood to Recommend We use Affirm with a Woocommerce/Wordpress website and there is a plugin that integrates Affirm for us. We also use a payment method plugin that limits Affirms availability only to products that they support. Generally, we have had a good experience with integration and payments from Affirm to us are consistent and timely. People finance guitars, pedals, and amplifiers and it offers us a way to reach a customer base that may not otherwise purchase from us.
Read full review We noticed that users were dropping off before completing registration for our mobile app. We used Glassbox to gain insight into customer onboarding and try to identify the painpoint. With Session Replay, we observed customer interactions step by step and discovered many were getting stuck at the identity verification stage, which requires users to upload a specific photo size and format. This step was frustrating users, and many were leaving before completing registration. We used Glassbox's VoC solution to collect feedback, prompting these users to share their reasons for abandoning registration. The photo requirements were the turn-off. Based on these insights, we simplified the document upload requirements and improved the app's ability to accept various file formats. We've since noted an increase in completion rates for onboarding users.

Read full review Usability Easy to use, simple to integrate, especially if you are using Shopify Plus. Putting everything live and active was easy. We did have to do some simple HTML/CSS to make everything look the way that we wanted it to, but that was very easy and something that we did in house. If you can do some simple style work, you won't have any issues at all.
