Likelihood to Recommend It is useful for contract management as it is supposed to be. I like the new interface a lot. It looks much more modern now. It is not as easy to manage documents that are not contracts. We tried to use the software as a vendor management solution, but eventually, the company decided to use another software instead. It needed customizations for our use case, which we could not afford to spend time on.
Read full review I'm early in my Conga Composer journey but, even in my limited experience, there is nothing it can't handle (within reason) and the sky's the limit. I have found it rather difficult to learn (most queries) as I'm learning on my own with the Conga Learning Center and YouTube videos.

Read full review We have been using SF for a while, and document mapping has been manual until now. With Conga, we can integrate documents between various systems and SF. Due to how document generation worked in our systems, we were restricted to using only PDF documents before. Now, we are able to work with multiple file formats. We can also free up some of the resource's bandwidth by automating some of the generic document generation. More user adoption tools, such as tutorials and resources, would help. Sometimes the error message is very generic and hard to troubleshoot. Better UI would also be a plus. Read full review Though I love how easily Conga Composer ties into Salesforce and its given analytics, it takes a lot of data entry to get up and running. I don't love that sometimes queries can take a long time to pull. I like keeping our marketing templates consistent via templates in the system. Pulling multiple objects into one report is fantastic too.
Read full review Usability Nice and simple interface. The software does its job well. It is not a central software for company operations, but it makes it significantly easier for multiple departments to operate. Regular updates and communication about them are the best part of the software and I would recommend it for other departments should the need arise. One major benefit I have found of Agiloft is scalability. As the company grows, the number of contracts grows almost exponentially. Agiloft allows handling them easily without having to reorganize old contracts.
Read full review It's a fairly simple tool to integrate into your current business structure. When we've had issues, we were able to resolve them extremely quickly. The users click a button and it can bring in all the quote lines, and our credit application seamlessly into our tool. I'd definitely recommend it to other colleagues

Read full review It's been hit and miss depending on the issue. We use javascript to generate the urls which has confused many techs even though it generates a clean url - they are overwhelmed by the concept of code and can't understand that the url is all that matters.
Read full review Implementation Rating It was painful internally to build out all of the templates, but the actual implementation of the product was okay.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Prior to implementing Agiloft, we used ProLaw. ProLaw acts as an electronic library for all contracts across the company. We were able to get this to work for us but it was limited in what functionality it provided. Agiloft is far superior when it comes to tracking and contract generation. Both systems store the agreements; however, Agiloft does a lot of the work for us. It creates the agreements with the click of a button, manages user permissions, sends automated reminders without requiring setup. These are all things ProLaw either didn't have or had but required manual entry. I was not the one who selected Agiloft as our new system, but after using it I can see why it was chosen.

Nintex is the primary competitor for Conga Composer, but I have not personally used it. I was not present for the decision to purchase Conga but I would recommend it in future document automation vendor selection processes because I have seen how well it works! We are especially fond of complementary features in Conga Composer, including Conga Email Templates and Conga Global Merge.
