Likelihood to Recommend It is useful for contract management as it is supposed to be. I like the new interface a lot. It looks much more modern now. It is not as easy to manage documents that are not contracts. We tried to use the software as a vendor management solution, but eventually, the company decided to use another software instead. It needed customizations for our use case, which we could not afford to spend time on.
Read full review Filebound is great for documents that have been archived or not needed on a day to day basis. It serves it purpose as a storage/filing system to digitize any previous "hard copy" filing system. But for the day to day accessibility, I find other programs to be more responsive and quicker to use. Also, In order to use or edit any document uploaded to Filebound, you currently have to re-download the document onto your computer to edit. If the editing capabilities were streamlined for quicker response that would also be a plus.

Read full review Filebound is easily to upload documents onto and file into the proper location. You can easily find a file on your computer and have it uploaded within seconds Filebound gives you customization so you can create your own folders, criteria needed to file and search for uploaded documents. You have options of file types, names, certain fields of information to display when searching for files. Filebound allows you to download and print your saved documents quickly for future access. There is no limit to how you can use your scanned documents Read full review Cons Reporting - If reporting is important, you may consider another platform like Tableau which can be fed from Agiloft Sorry, just reporting Read full review Searching for Documents. Filebound does not allow you to look in differing file types for a specific document. You have to search each file type individually. And we have found that spaces or symbols are needed in front of the entered search information in order for Filebound to do a more broad search. You cannot move uploaded around, if you have more than one scan in a file. Once they are uploaded into a location, you cannot move it, you can only delete it and re-scan it into the proper file. If it was possible to simply drag and drop a file into Filebound to start the upload process, that would save time. Read full review Usability Nice and simple interface. The software does its job well. It is not a central software for company operations, but it makes it significantly easier for multiple departments to operate. Regular updates and communication about them are the best part of the software and I would recommend it for other departments should the need arise. One major benefit I have found of Agiloft is scalability. As the company grows, the number of contracts grows almost exponentially. Agiloft allows handling them easily without having to reorganize old contracts.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Prior to implementing Agiloft, we used ProLaw. ProLaw acts as an electronic library for all contracts across the company. We were able to get this to work for us but it was limited in what functionality it provided. Agiloft is far superior when it comes to tracking and contract generation. Both systems store the agreements; however, Agiloft does a lot of the work for us. It creates the agreements with the click of a button, manages user permissions, sends automated reminders without requiring setup. These are all things ProLaw either didn't have or had but required manual entry. I was not the one who selected Agiloft as our new system, but after using it I can see why it was chosen.
Read full review Return on Investment Agiloft has streamlined the requisitioning process and eliminated manual effort and repetitive low-value tasks. We now have a single source of truth for our SOC audits. This saved money on a monthly and yearly basis. Read full review ScreenShots
