Likelihood to Recommend It is useful for contract management as it is supposed to be. I like the new interface a lot. It looks much more modern now. It is not as easy to manage documents that are not contracts. We tried to use the software as a vendor management solution, but eventually, the company decided to use another software instead. It needed customizations for our use case, which we could not afford to spend time on.
Read full review DocuSign is useful for collecting electronic signatures on isolated documents and packets that are administered separately or integrated into another system. DocuSign is integrated into our onboarding system,
Paylocity , which is where the employee completes all onboarding tasks required for employment. Integrating DocuSign with
Paylocity allows us to send documents that require more than one signature along with other onboarding tasks, which makes for a less confusing onboarding experience for the worker. DocuSign also allows us to automatically run E-Verify from the integrated Form I-9 Document, which saves us lots of time onboarding each employee.

Read full review Alerts when documents are signed Notifications if customers don't complete any or all of their required tasks Showing clients exactly where to sign Making signing easy and fast Read full review Cons It would be nice if there were a way to upload an executed agreement and have the system pull the details into the contract record. Maybe having a "themes" option so that individual users could pick a color scheme/layout that worked best for them. Having a Chat feature could be helpful instead of sending internal emails. The clients have to go back to the old document, and it feels uncomfortable for them. Read full review Likelihood to Renew The current functionality is excellent and we keep getting request for more. Leadership wants to make this a one stop shop.

Read full review Usability Nice and simple interface. The software does its job well. It is not a central software for company operations, but it makes it significantly easier for multiple departments to operate. Regular updates and communication about them are the best part of the software and I would recommend it for other departments should the need arise. One major benefit I have found of Agiloft is scalability. As the company grows, the number of contracts grows almost exponentially. Agiloft allows handling them easily without having to reorganize old contracts.
Read full review Support Rating Implementation was relatively easy and I have not had any issues with the support. UI change created some challenges for the end-users, but overall, it was a smooth experience. I hope the company will continue investing in the product and not consider it as something to not care about too much. I believe Agiloft does not make any other software, so I think the focus on it should not wane.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Prior to implementing Agiloft, we used ProLaw. ProLaw acts as an electronic library for all contracts across the company. We were able to get this to work for us but it was limited in what functionality it provided. Agiloft is far superior when it comes to tracking and contract generation. Both systems store the agreements; however, Agiloft does a lot of the work for us. It creates the agreements with the click of a button, manages user permissions, sends automated reminders without requiring setup. These are all things ProLaw either didn't have or had but required manual entry. I was not the one who selected Agiloft as our new system, but after using it I can see why it was chosen.
Read full review Adobe Acrobat Sign was a more confusing process compared to DocuSign CLM.
Acrobat presented signature abilities, yet sometimes this was electronic and sometimes this was done manually. Additionally, it is difficult to send and track the document when it goes to more than one signatory.

Read full review Positive - has helped us track renewals which allows us to get out of "bad" contracts or renew "good" ones. Negative - we had hoped for it to help us determine which terms and conditions we have agreed to in other contracts. This has made contract review remain a lengthy process. Positive - We are now able to find all of our contracts which has helped us get out of unnecessary contracts (which positively impacts finances).
