This is an excellent tool for quickly and easily scheduling out content over multiple social platforms. You get a clear view of how your content will be posted so you can be confident in the published product prior to posting. I've found the mobile app less appealing than the desktop platform so I would recommend using this mainly on desktop in the office.

Infusionsoft excels with small business. It really tries hard to represent the small business community. If you are a small business, there is a good chance it will work well for you. If you are a part of a medium or large business, however, just think twice about it and consider other options first.

  • Infusionsoft has the capability of storing a lot of information on clients - from the usual information like address, phone numbers and email addresses, to extra information like websites, special notes, and sales records.
  • You can integrate your payment system with Infusionsoft, making storage of sensitive information like credit card numbers something you don't have to worry about since Infusionsoft already has security measures in place.
  • Infusionsoft is always working to improve their program and supplies regular updates.

  • While regular updates are a good thing, Infusionsoft will make changes that don't seem to work for many of its users. I have seen several of these changes that needed to be reversed after they released them and then were bombarded with feedback from daily users saying the change was impeding their company's efficiency. Change can be a good thing, but too much change just causes chaos.
  • Infusionsoft does allow for customization of certain areas in the program, but there needs to be more customization allowed so companies can set things up the way they work best for them and their staff. For example, on the General tab, there is name, address, phone, email, etc...but some pertinent info is on a different tab -- like a person's spouse name or nickname. Flipping back and forth between tabs is inefficient. When you call a person and his spouse answers but you don't know her name because you can't flip to the other tab quickly enough, it's embarrassing. Same if the guy's name is Bartholomew but he prefers to go by John...his legal/billing name is in the General information. If you can't or don't flip to the tab with his nickname, you won't know to call him John.
  • They have been improving their search function, but in general, I find Infusionsoft's search to be sluggish. If I accidentally put in the wrong information, I still need to wait for it to run before I can search for the correct information.
  • We were used to having a "merge records" option when doing a less-detailed search from the Dashboard, but with their latest release, they have removed that function. Now we need to do the more detailed search if we find duplicate records on the less-detailed search. This wastes time.

We have invested a lot into Infusionsoft and are using it to automate our processes and marketing. Changing CRMs would have a HUGE cost for us and based on our evaluations, the grass isn't greener elsewhere. Infusiosoft fits most of our needs and is slowly getting better each year. Their support is great and we will continue to use them until something much better comes around or our company outgrows a small business CRM.

Infusionsoft is certainly powerful enough to do anything you need it to do and for the average computer-user it should be easy to figure out. Anyone who has used other CRMs should have no problem adapting to Infusionsoft.

OMG, it's all in one and that compromises everything, fundamentally. If you want a race car, invest in a race car. If you want a dune buggy, get that. If you want a boat that floats, go for it.

It may be easy to get someone on chat or phone for which I give these guys credit. But this does not mean you will get the answers you want or like. It's a buggy system. Why? Because it's all in one. The CRM is decent. The cart a joke. The email editor laughable. Affiliate partner function serves a huge business risk unless programmed by a NASA level consultant for which you can and must pay dearly. There are just too many bugs overall.

This training is taught often to the lowest common denominator so as to help as many customers of theirs as possible. We do the training and coaching and implementations for our clients. But clients who I know who have been to their training get trained well. The gap that can exist lies in you doing your part and really investing in using and building out the application.The training and education is only as good as your willingness to apply it.

An important consideration is I believe AgoraPulse is designed to support three of the social profiles that are most important to me. After comparing the products side by side over a short time AgoraPulse proved to the be the match for my needs. One of the other platforms had an interface that was too cluttered. Another had similar functionality but was more expensive

The others are not trying to be all things to all people. The others don't pretend their solution is the end-all-be-all to save small business owners. They are not all in one and don't pretend to be, regardless of the price points, from lower to higher. We used Infusionsoft because I, as the owner of the company, was willing to invest hundreds of hours learning and using the system. Plus, I paid out thousands of dollars over the first several years for others to help me integrate it with our marketing campaigns because I am not a programmer and never will be. I enjoy doing this kind of work on top of the coaching and advising I do for a living. Then I made automation and content marketing a natural extension of my business. It complimented by business model, until recently, when we found a better solution that does not try to be all things to all people and save the world.

Pricing is user and email and function based. Way too many pay walls and not native function for scaling. It's scaleable with NASA level marketing automation talent you must pay to engage. Otherwise, it gets expensive quickly for scaling to a true small business, which is what they target. Over 25 users and you're screwed. Look at the competition first, evaluate what you really need for your business and start there. Keep it simple, build your cash flow and confidence in the people you hired to make this work and then scale. Don't get sucked into the dream that this thing will help you sell your book to millions and you get famous while hanging on your boat or whatever. Building a small business is hard enough. Adding software often adds complexity in order to successfully scale.

  • I think one of the biggest impacts has been seen in customer service. When you can deliver the right information on the right day to the right customer you have more satisfied customers!
  • Employee efficiency and effectiveness is another positive impact. Without automation, too many tasks are put in the hands of employees to accomplish manually. While automation takes the negative aspect of the human element out of the picture, Infusionsoft allows messaging to still have a personal touch.
