This makes it difficult for them to turn in paper forms when completing their safety tasks. This all-digital software solution allows our employees to submit any safety-related documentation online and immediate. In turn, our administrators can quickly evaluate this data and develop solutions or changes, if necessary. They do not have to wait for a paper form or a phone call. The only downfall is that many of our employees are not used to this kind of advanced system. Therefore, there has been quite an ongoing learning curve. We have turned many employees around, but we still have work to do.
