Allbound's platform is very customizable, allowing a
company to build and structure it the way they want it. It is very user-friendly on the front and back
end, allowing for novice administrators to make changes easily. Support is tremendous, and they will spend as much or
as little time needed with you. Love the
prospect pages, as our sales team can use them to send targeted messages.

Inside Sales Box

Inside Sales Box is great for call centers and places that require the call records to be related to the accounts. It would be less needed in situations in which calls are not an essential part. Inbound call records would be much better if they attached to the Salesforce records like outbound calls.

  • Lead registrations. One reason we chose Allbound was for its easy to use deal registration form.
  • Events. We promote every event that our company will be attending to all of our partners via Allbound.
  • Prospecting. Our team also creates unique prospecting pages for customers, prospects, and partners to help drive specific information that these companies should have access to across the organization.

  • Missing a few nice-to-have features, i.e. ability to clone content, re-order content.
  • Missing ability to add viewing permissions within a page (versus by page).
  • I would like to have more editing/formatting options within the page.
