company to build and structure it the way they want it. It is very user-friendly on the front and back
end, allowing for novice administrators to make changes easily. Support is tremendous, and they will spend as much or
as little time needed with you. Love the
prospect pages, as our sales team can use them to send targeted messages.

For anyone in sales, particularly in the direct and "hunting" category, this is a great tool. The hardest part of sales is finding the appropriate decision makers and influencers in your target market and getting them to talk to you. Lead411's contact info is as current and accurate as I've every experienced in my decade + in sales, and coupled with their customizable news alerts, it allows you to contact prospects at the right time with something relevant to talk about around their company and industry, increasing your chances of a successful sales call while allowing you to filter out those prospects that just aren't a fit for what you do. A quick "no" is the second best thing behind a "yes" because you get back so much more of a very valuable asset -- your time. This tool helps you to dramatically reduce wasted hours hunting for the wrong contact person and the wrong fit for your services. Efficiency and time management improved dramatically by using Lead411.

  • Missing a few nice-to-have features, i.e. ability to clone content, re-order content.
  • Missing ability to add viewing permissions within a page (versus by page).
  • I would like to have more editing/formatting options within the page.

False or wrong information. Lusha gave me someone's phone number, very embarrassing calling the wrong number. Lusha gave me wrong telephone numbers right off the bat. Some are tied to only LinkedIn and no search feature. UpLead hard to learn and wrong email addresses or company listings.

  • It has helped us identify buying signals through their news tracker that has led us to say the right things to spark a conversation and ended up closing several deals because of this. The tool will pay for itself if you know how to effectively apply it. When using their news feature we tend to see about a 30% bump and meaningful conversations.
  • It is a great way to identify competitors of the people you are targeting. Everytime you look up an account it offers about five or six suggestions of companies that fit the same firmographic profile.
  • While the data appender has some manual things attached to it it has served to be a valuable resource in updating criteria that are used to identify valuable accounts.
