Allbound's platform is very customizable, allowing a
company to build and structure it the way they want it. It is very user-friendly on the front and back
end, allowing for novice administrators to make changes easily. Support is tremendous, and they will spend as much or
as little time needed with you. Love the
prospect pages, as our sales team can use them to send targeted messages.

If you feel that sales team is not focusing on clients after 4-5 follow ups then this is the best software, it will help you to communicate with old leads by cold emails and this can lead to significant increase in business. Also using Reply you can understand the performance of your campaigns so that you can make necessary changes.

Allbound

  • Lead registrations. One reason we chose Allbound was for its easy to use deal registration form.
  • Events. We promote every event that our company will be attending to all of our partners via Allbound.
  • Prospecting. Our team also creates unique prospecting pages for customers, prospects, and partners to help drive specific information that these companies should have access to across the organization.

  • Personal text-based email drip campaigns. Formatting is limited, so campaigns with HTML or heavily formatted will not work, but if you’re looking for features in regular text-based emails, Reply works great.
  • Customized emails. Even in a prewritten campaign with merged fields, sometimes you still need to customize the email slightly to certain individuals. You’re able to edit emails in a campaign to individual contacts so they receive exactly what you want but without having to create a separate campaign.
  • Tracking. Reply is great at sorting replies to emails as interested, uninterested, etc and manages them all in an inbox per campaign. The sorting algorithms are very accurate and it does a nice job tracking opens, clicks, and overall interest based on the content of an email reply.

  • Missing a few nice-to-have features, i.e. ability to clone content, re-order content.
  • Missing ability to add viewing permissions within a page (versus by page).
  • I would like to have more editing/formatting options within the page.

  • There's not much editing options in terms of the email design, but it's not really a con since it allows the emails to get through picky Gmail and other email providers' filters.

I generally receive a reply in no time at all and found not only the support org. but the sales team to be extremely helpful. Additionally I found a great onboarding process with plenty of resources to consume.

Reply is a great tool, but it is not as sophisticated as Outreach. I think Outreach works best for larger companies, while Reply works great for smaller ones. The two tools have a lot of similarities. Outreach has also built a culture around their product, whereas Reply has not done so.
