Allbound's platform is very customizable, allowing a
company to build and structure it the way they want it. It is very user-friendly on the front and back
end, allowing for novice administrators to make changes easily. Support is tremendous, and they will spend as much or
as little time needed with you. Love the
prospect pages, as our sales team can use them to send targeted messages.

There are so many reasons! First, the customer experience is phenomenal from the sales journey, to onboarding, to the customer success team, and the renewal process. I especially appreciate the insights and guidance I get from the team when I'm thinking about strategies to build. Sendoso has an amazing team who truly puts the customer in the center. For example, I value being part of the Sendoso SuperSender community. Leslie Barrett does an excellent job engaging the community and sharing best practices. It's also impressive that the CEO and Co-Founder, Kris Rudeegraap finds time to meet with each of the company's customers for an annual review. The company is constantly listening to its customers and shaping the product to meet its customers needs. Truly customer-first! Next, the platform is intuitive, easy to use, and the gifting options are limitless. I love it! Third, we are using Sendoso in innovative ways to drive account-based marketing and customer appreciation. Fourth, being a Sendoso customer and user is a joyful experience. I love knowing that when I use Sendoso I may be brightening a customer's day with a surprise treat and gift. With every send, you are sharing gratitude and appreciation and that's quite unique and fantastic in today's digital world. Keep doing what you are doing Sendoso! I'm a huge fan.

  • Lead registrations. One reason we chose Allbound was for its easy to use deal registration form.
  • Events. We promote every event that our company will be attending to all of our partners via Allbound.
  • Prospecting. Our team also creates unique prospecting pages for customers, prospects, and partners to help drive specific information that these companies should have access to across the organization.

  • Provide a vast array of physical and virtual gifts and experiences available to send.
  • Integrate the sends into our CRM for transparency as well as correlating sends to value.
  • Simplify and streamline the end-to-end send process for our employees and for the customer.

  • Missing a few nice-to-have features, i.e. ability to clone content, re-order content.
  • Missing ability to add viewing permissions within a page (versus by page).
  • I would like to have more editing/formatting options within the page.

  • The process of creating or editing a touchpoint could be streamlined/improved.
  • Add images to send options within the platform for reference.
  • Sends via Sendoso directly - it would be great if we could add our company name in the "from" title so that our customers don't think the email is spam.

They listened to the problem with delivery times but did not present a reasonable solution. Again, the shipping costs consumed too much budget. On one bulk send their support team agreed to take over a project for a few of the reps which is encouraging to see.

In the past, we have used Allied. Sendoso is superior to Allied as they are more customizable and act as a true partner in business. Our CSM is always there for us and takes the time to work on our initiatives with us and makes sure that we are on track to meet quarterly goals for sending initiatives

  • We don't really assign hard numbers to our Sendoso sends, but it has enabled us to stay in touch with our clients while they work from home. While this hasn't led to any quantitative outcomes, we've gotten lots of feedback that our clients appreciate the effort.
