Likelihood to Recommend As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.
Read full review Very easy to use and if you're stuck there are so many tutorials to guide you through. The interaction options works extremely well when trying to create engaging e-learning courses. I also find the live chat option on the website so helpful as there have been a lot of times I've been stuck or not known how to fix an issue and they have helped resolve this on numerous occasions. I feel like there could be more to offer, in terms of creation. There have been times where I've been limited in what I want to achieve out of some training courses however it is always put forward to their developers to look into for the future. I also dislike if you have to edit a course and delete it off iSpring Learn then the records of all the people associated to that course are swiped and there's not a way of retrieving the information. I've had a few technical issues where the right interaction wasn't playing on the correct slide however this was easily rectified through the live chat via screenshots and sometimes emailing across my presentation.
Read full review Pros Allows us to quickly and easily capture and share information with sales teams who are on the go Provides an archive of content where users can go back and review and can be used for ongoing training The customer success team is very helpful in supporting our initiatives and giving us best practices Read full review The authoring tool has been invaluable to augment the training material in PowerPoint, what used to be either bland or would require arduous amounts of programming as become a far more simpler straightforward task. Collating and tracking of employees by individual or department. Delivering content to our many clients. Read full review Cons We have yet to discover something about the system we don't like. If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed. I have 516 downloadable documents for the three learning tracks. I wish iSpring Learn had an option for the user to download numerous documents at one time, instead of one at a time. After early users complained, I put a link to a Box account, for each learning track, so the user could download the documents all at one time. Read full review In the past I could not encourage my students to take online training. The results and the questions were hard to be given. When I used the iSpring Suite along with iSpring Learn, my dreams came through and most of the time my students are online and take good training with my programme.
Read full review Usability Sometimes, things just aren't intuitive enough. For example, burying the catalog in the settings area makes no sense at all. The same goes for permissions and year reviews. It was a massive oversight that really caused a lot of confusion for all of our managers. It caused distrust in the LMS simply because someone who designed and developed it did not think that an employee review should be private to them, their direct supervisor, or the supervisor above. Instead, ANY manager could read ANY employee review. I have mentioned this several times throughout these questionnaires, and as you can see, I still find it incomprehensible that a company that wants to promote its software as a multifaceted solution could be so blind to something so critical, especially in terms of privacy.

Finally, she is a very nice person we like working with. She also has been patient with us as we figure out our renewal
Read full review In-Person Training We can say that most of my students attend my classes twice a week and that's not enough for someone to learn. I put some training for them to do at home and they really enjoy doing them. The kind of progress they make is really satisfying for them and they are always learning.
Read full review Online Training As a teacher, I used to spend a lot of time correcting my students' papers. Now with iSpring Learn, my time has been saved and everything is done automatically. All the time I can check my students' progress and I know which exams they have taken or they should take. On the whole, online training has really helped a lot of teachers
Read full review Implementation Rating When I talked to my colleagues or informed them to search for a programme before iSpring Learn, they were not successful in designing and implementing a programme like this. I am sure they have done a lot to implement it in the best and educational way. That was not that easy as we thought.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I was not personally involved in the purchase of Allego, but came to the organization shortly after. I would say that Allego stacks up to both
Gong and
Litmos pretty well with a few differences.
Gong is a little more robust when it comes to the functionality of call intelligence and coaching and has a little more to offer when it comes to syncing up to
Salesforce . But doesn't have the content storage or LMS capability.
Litmos has the badging capability that Allego does not, but it didn't have the CI and content storage like Allego does
Read full review I reviewed a few different LMSs before deciding on iSpring Learn. I can't remember the names, but I chose iSpring Learn primarily because I liked that it was just a PowerPoint add-on, which made it easy to use, and I liked the price!

Read full review Return on Investment We use it as a CRM for our customer interactions. This tool allows us to manage our customers efficiently. We call through the software, and calls are automatically captured along with the call records and captured as tasks completed. We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further. Data upload of the past customer records are very cumbersome.
