Likelihood to Recommend Piwik Pro Core is especially perfect for smaller businesses that want to have an alternative to Google's ecosystem. You can do a lot of the great stuff you can do with GA UA and GA4. But it still needs some tweaking. Especially for some bigger companies who have a lot of events, it would be great to have some smaller payment steps, as of right now it can be quite steep for some companies to pay the bill if you go above 500.000 events per month. Nevertheless, I believe this is one of the better options available when data ownership and privacy come to mind.

Although the Analytics part is already available it could be improved. So for now Allocadia is very recommended if you are looking for a data maintenance software but less appropriate as a analysis tool. Ask yourself what is it you are looking for (analysis or controlling) and for which purposes (management level or specialists). The costs are very resonable and an absolute Plus!
Read full review Pros Manage all campaigns and increase large volumes of data. It has an excellent activity panel through which you can have complete visibility of each activity you carry out. It's great to track all interactions between users and track all conversions. Read full review Uptempo (Formerly BrandMaker, Allocadia, Hive9)
The user interface is clean, well-thought out, and easy for marketers to use. It behaves like their spreadsheets in all the right ways...without the baggage of having budgets locked into separate spreadsheets. Allocadia knows that revenue attribution is important, and has great out-of-the-box adapters to flow actual spend and actual performance in to the tool. The reporting engine is both substance and style. Data is accurate, can be sliced-and-diced, and is easy for marketers to get what they want in an ad hoc fashion, if a canned report does not already exist. The visuals are also excellent, which promotes the use of analysis. Read full review Cons Filtering: ip ranges, hostnames, regex. These are a few things that aren't possible like we are used to. Tag Manager: not all tags/triggers are possible yet to what we are used to. Are more progressive payment model: more little steps to buy a plan. Custom dimensions: they weren't available but are now. But they aren't that user friendly yet as I'm used to. Read full review Uptempo (Formerly BrandMaker, Allocadia, Hive9)

I am hesitant to comment on renewal in detail because we haven't been using the system for very long. But I am encouraged by the speed and ease of implementation, and look forward to getting to know the system better.

Read full review Support Rating We had to contact the support several times in the beginning and they really took their time to explain the different functions in detail. So in terms of support I can definitely recommend Piwik PRO.

Alternatives Considered Piwik Pro's support for multiple sites saved me a lot of time. To view reports from numerous client sites, I'll have to access a single dashboard. Its digest reports save time and are simple enough for non-technical executives to understand. It gives us access to information about individual users that Google doesn't allow us to see as a whole. It will allow users to express their desires more clearly. As a result, this one is significantly more useful compared to other tools.

We have been able to more effectively look at our buys and see how they are performing on an ROI basis. Previously our spend data and leads were in two different places but this has allowed us to combine them. We have only been in the software for five months so I think we will continue to see the ROI impact as we build out reports. Right now we're still trying to find the reports that will help us the most in our optimization. Read full review ScreenShots
