Great for a small company that doesn't have a lot of resources. Allows manager and HR to be on the same location to review resumes and assess them. Alerts can be sent to managers all in the system. I really like the product so don't know where it would be less appropriated if you really needed a ATS

Didn't always get good resumes from Monster. CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking allowed us to get resumes and track all in one place which was very helpful for the project we were working on at the time. Resumes were good as well as system itself. The managers all like it as well which is a big help when you want their buy in to a product to use.

• Alongside has a goof ROI as it got less competitors on recruiting domain
• Profile shortlisting is entirely based on the company's requirements , so if we have a software for that like Alongside that would be great
