This is well suited for small business needs where are only a handful of users need an EHR to perform their usual tasks such as patient charting etc. Allscripts Sunrise EHR can be challenging to use sometimes because of the slow processing speed, which may test your patience and can lead to frustration.

Out of the box template for sales, marketing and audit related templates for reporting makes it easier to get started with reporting. Ability to export reports as pdfs , imbedding reports to Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Speed can be improved as I face lagging and freezing issues with it.
  • Reviewing notes from older visits is a little tricky as it requires a lot of clicks.
  • The size of the EHR screen is not well optimized with your computer screen, and hence the fonts look very small.
