• The workflow from new client, to estimate, to invoice, to confirming the deposit is very smooth once you get the hang of it.
• Creating a Project upfront helps keep us organized as we can track profit and loss by customer.
• Having a regular look at where expenses are categorized and discussing amongst the team has helped us improve our management data and decision making.

• When submitting an invoice and error is generated the error is not too clear on how to fix the issue
• Ability to scan or upload PDF invoice to customer

• This is a very powerful program. Customer support must be top notch, and it is. Although I have talked to a few that seemed clueless--then I hang up and start over.
• When I first started, 1 year ago, I created my own problems with no knowledge how to fix them. When calling customer support I just wanted them to take over and make everything right. I called almost daily. Agents were very patient and wanted to know if everything was corrected for fixed to may satisfaction.
• There has to be easier access to online support, whether videos on youtube, or your own learning sessions. When a mistake is made, QuickBooks Online sometimes knows, and if a link was provided to a video or even a description, that would be great.

• I cannot provide hard numbers but it has been easier for us to collect from customers using credit cards.
• It has been easier to integrate Salesforce into QuickBooks and automations have been smooth ever since. Less time to create invoice[s] since everything is automated, we only need to match the payment that comes to our account.
• It is easier for us to record transactions from bank feeds, less time, more tasks that can be done.
