Alvaria Performance is suited for a company that needs to provide an easy way to schedule employees, provide a general schedule to adhere to daily. Alvaria Performance is also good with creating a visual representation of scheduling data to make it easier to view in a hurry. Alvaria Performance is less suited for specific schedule adjustments, it is good for increments of 1hr or more but less useful if change requires minutes.

  • Source of absolute truth! So easy to see what meetings have been done, and how it was done. No more he says she says
  • Transcription - it has been accurate, and helps when trying to learn how to handle rejections

  • sometimes the call will say the wrong contact is speaking. Adding to 'Jims' talk time when it was actually 'John' speaking
  • The transcript can be missing some info or mis-dictating what was actually said
  • it can be hard to lookup certain calls, sometimes a call won't be under my name even though I booked and ran the meeting

Seamless, easy to understand and get around without much research. Between the simplistic options and the fluid layout, I easily got in the tool on day one and found value. I did not need onboarding calls as an end user to easily take advantage of the platform. Which when you have 20+ accounts to manage, time is important.

Zooms transcripts and call recordings are nothing compared to Gong.io. It is simply that - a transcript and a recording. Gong's AI technology and organizational systems make it so much easier to find not only exactly what you need with the click of a button, but it also pulls out insights for you. The call summary makes it incredibly easy to understand exactly what happened on a call without going through a 30 minute video, and the talk tracks make it so easy to skip to just the customer sections so you can cut down on what you're looking for in seconds.
