Likelihood to Recommend I've used all the sending platforms (
Sendoso ,
Reachdesk , Loop & Tie, Alyce, and Surgar Wish). I've had the most success with Alyce. We're a global SaaS platform with presence in NAM, EMEA and APAC. We're valued at $2B and drive around $2.5M in sales. As a demand gen team we have about ~$12M in program spend, so I'd say the tool is suitable for a scaling mid-market/enterprise brand that's focused on ROI, efficiency and scaling. I'm not sure who Alyce is not suitable for to be honest, I can only speak from my experience using it in my current role. I imagine it's not suitable for a company whose tech stack cannot integrate with Alyce.

Playbooks has increased the number of decision makers that I can get ahold of on a day to day basis. This tool would probably be less suited for people that do not have calls to make outside of the company.

Essentially, more room to customize the organization of accounts and how you're working them. The initial onboarding process of accounts results in high levels of tasks - the ability to break these down in an easier way to help with time management would be helpful. Read full review Usability It only took a day to get comfortable with Playbooks. The ease of use and overall usability is fantastic in the sense that it's pretty straightforward once you get enough repetitions in the tool. I also like all of the videos and resources available if support is needed
Read full review Alternatives Considered The main difference between Alyce and
Sendoso 's use at RingCentral is Alyce is more reliable and gets better meetings set.
Sendoso is more of a confirmation for the meeting the very next day. More employees at RingCentral have access to Alyce and not
Sendoso . Alyce is the better application and everyone loves it.
Read full review The Insidesales Playbooks is by far more intuitive and organized than other programs I have used in the past. Unfortunately I have not had experience with other products that are available out there. I would hope we will see more improvements from the ISDC tool as we all use it more and provide feedback
