Likelihood to Recommend I've used all the sending platforms (
Sendoso ,
Reachdesk , Loop & Tie, Alyce, and Surgar Wish). I've had the most success with Alyce. We're a global SaaS platform with presence in NAM, EMEA and APAC. We're valued at $2B and drive around $2.5M in sales. As a demand gen team we have about ~$12M in program spend, so I'd say the tool is suitable for a scaling mid-market/enterprise brand that's focused on ROI, efficiency and scaling. I'm not sure who Alyce is not suitable for to be honest, I can only speak from my experience using it in my current role. I imagine it's not suitable for a company whose tech stack cannot integrate with Alyce.

They have helped us build some custom workflows to push a customer straight to a credit card page once they sign the proposal. This has really helped increase conversions when signing on a new customer.

The structure of the proposals is sort of rigid and is difficult to create really beautiful documents (unless you are a genius designer). Sendoso 's use at RingCentral is Alyce is more reliable and gets better meetings set.
Sendoso is more of a confirmation for the meeting the very next day. More employees at RingCentral have access to Alyce and not
Sendoso . Alyce is the better application and everyone loves it.
Read full review I didn't choose Proposable over
DocuSign , but I did use it at a previous company. Proposable is great for the smaller business and makes the creation and sending of agreements so easy!
DocuSign was nice, but it was more complex in my experience and created a bottleneck for our sales team to get approval. I'm sure this was more of our own internal process, but between the two, Proposable was much faster to get what you needed in the form of an agreement. Less time freed up more time for selling!
Read full review Return on Investment Alyce has helped me lure in prospects that didn't respond to any other activity, catching last chance/lost cause meetings Out of 10 door opening gifting emails I sent out with the sole purpose of booking a meeting, I got a booking. 10% booking rate off emails is great!
