Likelihood to Recommend I've used all the sending platforms (
Sendoso ,
Reachdesk , Loop & Tie, Alyce, and Surgar Wish). I've had the most success with Alyce. We're a global SaaS platform with presence in NAM, EMEA and APAC. We're valued at $2B and drive around $2.5M in sales. As a demand gen team we have about ~$12M in program spend, so I'd say the tool is suitable for a scaling mid-market/enterprise brand that's focused on ROI, efficiency and scaling. I'm not sure who Alyce is not suitable for to be honest, I can only speak from my experience using it in my current role. I imagine it's not suitable for a company whose tech stack cannot integrate with Alyce.
Read full review . CRM integration will be only done post-implementation and the telephony tool which has only 1 feature of dialing calls manually and getting them logged.2. The caller ID (user-dedicated contact no.) will not support text msg and WhatsApp integration. In case you wanted to connect with a prospect on Whatsapp, you have to do it on your own but there are some complexities involved and not very feasible. With very limited permissions access of the telephony tool, I found the user interface very simple and easy to use wrt to the other tools we evaluated previously.2. Also, after the discussion, I found that call disposition is easier in desktop wrt mobile applications- connected calls will be recorded and logged automatically -for other outcomes you have to log manually (need to confirm this)3. In terms of call drop rates, even with a limited sample size, I can say that it's fairly similar to the drop rates of personal no.. Will give updates on this again after making a few more calls

Read full review Of all the tools we explored such as Salesken,
Slintel , Call hippo, we have finalized on
Slintel for the simple reason that its user interface is one of the best and the overall features provided by Salesken is also something that solves our day to day needs perfectly. The pricing structure also played a key to some part. The call metrics dahsboard also made an impact when we were about to finalize our decision.
Read full review Return on Investment Alyce has helped me lure in prospects that didn't respond to any other activity, catching last chance/lost cause meetings Out of 10 door opening gifting emails I sent out with the sole purpose of booking a meeting, I got a booking. 10% booking rate off emails is great!
