In my experience, Amadeus is an excellent reservation system. With Amadeus, I can easily cancel or change reservations for my clients. Overall, I had a good time with it and would recommend it. Great features; it's very familiar and user-friendly.

- You are able to connect with a Travel agent easily without hassle thinking for the commission

- There is a three-month limit on reservation data storage, which needs to be improved.
- I think platform improvement makes it easier to find and book reservations.

Amadeus Central Reservation System
My experience with Amadeus Central Reservation System has been nothing but positive, and I've found nothing to complain about it. Although the previous software had issues, it was less buggy and caused fewer network issues when we switched to it. Amadeus Central Reservation System's multi-currency and capabilities are huge pluses.
