Amazon Chime is a superior alternative to other free video conference/conference call programs. The call and video quality are great, and you can have multiple participants on both video and call. It's well suited for an organization that wants an affordable option for video and conference calls, but may not be appropriate for organizations with limited budgets or those who do very little conferencing.

Document sharing (rather than screen sharing) needs to be improved so that there can be guaranteed consistency between what the host see and what the attendee sees. At the moment the only way to guarantee this is by using the discontinued UCF format. Screen sharing is nit a viable solution as the annotation toools for the attendees is not available.Apart from that [Cisco] Webex Meetings is reliable and comfortable way to conduct online classes.Ability for users accessing meetings from phones or tablets to be able to use the annoation tools would be useful.

- I would like to see a feature to allow people to pre-register for web-conferencing. There has been at least one incident in which no one showed up to a webinar. I don't know if no one intended to join, if something was wrong with the invitation, or if there was user error on the organizer's end.

- Better integration with other platforms such as Panopto (currently only one video source can be saved instead of one explicit presenter and one explicit content window
- Needs a bigger marketplace similar to Zoom

Cisco Webex Meetings is a really easy-to-use solution. Cisco has a mentality linked to joining meetings: one button to push. There is always the same big green button that appears everywhere—on invitation emails, in the calendar, on videoconferencing devices, on the application in our phones and tablets. One button and the meeting is started. Anyone can start a meeting.The solution is therefore minimally demanding for IT teams, and even easy to set up and support for smaller environments where there simply isn't an IT team.

Something can be done to make the desktop app faster. When it loads on start-up it makes the system quite slower than expected. Reports and recordings are not immediately available after a meeting ends. Using both Webex Meetings and Webex Teams desktop apps slows down the system.

The response time is very fast via email. Most of the time, they also follow-up with a call but I usually need my questions answered via email.I think their support emails are bit bland and impersonal. They may think it's a good idea to list all applicable managers in their emails but that's not really all the important to me. In fact seeing so many people listed makes me wonder if I'd have to contact someone else to get my question answered or problem resolved.

That we needed complex implementation that we didn't get tells me 2 things: 1) the product was not designed in a way that "just worked" like some of its peers (Zoom / BlueJeans) and 2) had our company defined actual user needs and validated / verified that they had bought something that matched those, we would have pursued features / designs more closely aligned with what the product actually does: screen share, sometimes video, definitely VOIP audio (always an option regardless of license), and easy recording and retrieval of meetings.

Amazon's Chime is lightweight and has easy integrations with Slack. Cloud Trail has good call reports, doesn't take time to load compared to other products that I have tried. Its APIs exposed by Amazon are really helpful to customize. The shift from one user to another for screen sharing, remote control work with no hindrances.

In the event that a user needs more than this, Cisco Events is available for up to 3000 participants for larger meetings. There have been instances where a customer needed more than this is the reason why I gave this a 9.

- I would like our company as a whole using the same vendor for online conferences. We constantly try to streamline our vendor list, but I do understand the interface criticism. Amazon has never been known for its design aesthetic and user experience.
