Amazon Drive
Amazon Cloud Drive is a fantastic backup solution for storing your digital files on the web, but if you want to manage, tweak, organize or otherwise maintain those files after they have reached the cloud, the experience immediately begins to suffer. This is especially noted when major competitor products like Microsoft and Dropbox offer similar services at similar prices, but offer far better interfaces for file management.

IBM Cloud Object Storage
Cloud object storage is well suited for storing static assets, things like images, videos, music clips, or any other type of unstructured large data blobs. It is especially suited for use cases when users need storage across different regions and time zones.
It is potentially not suited for cases when there is large amounts of read and write at a very high speed.

Pros
Amazon Drive
- Amazon Drive automatically detects photos and videos in specific folders (that you choose). It will add them to Drive without any action from me.
- There is a desktop app where you can access all of your files (in addition to web-based access).

- Highly secure way of storing and sharing data as it needs authorization to be accessible.
- Pre-built API calls and code snippers make accessing data via secure APIs a breeze.
- Easy to migrate data to and from data storage
- Ability to manage large amounts of data with considerable speed

Cons
Amazon Drive
- Less storage than Google Drive, Google offers 15GB of free space - vs. Amazon's 5GB.
- Also, unlike with Google Drive, you can't back up your work with Amazon Drive ( I also use Google Drive, since I have a Gmail account).
- A lot more expensive than Google Drive, which is 1.99/month...but they are more in line with Dropbox pricing.

- While this platform has been around, it does take some getting used. The interface could be refined. My Firefox Browser automatically closed when selecting some options and creating new objects as an example.
- The tutorials are a bit outdated in comparison to the screens shown. We understand the system is constantly improving. The tutorials should reflect the changes in the interface.
- There are many pre-trained models. However, it is not clear as to how those models were trained, what bias may exist in the training data, and how a user could improve those models unless we simply have to build our own.

The system is very easy to use and it's use of apps for almost all devices and hardware makes it even easier to manage and store photos and documents. I highly recommend this as an easy to use solution for novices!

Overall great software to use for file share, storage, and collaboration. Its security is great and the user management is spot on. The only thing that makes me dock it a point is that the device management as a subset of user management is kind of clunky. It hasn't been an issue yet, but it could compromise security in the future. Overall, would recommend

I have been working in IT sector for more than 15 years. I have worked with various vendors. IBM's sales team, support team have been really helpful. After we start to use their product, their UX design team also contacted us to get feedback from us. They are really interested about our experience.

IBM's professional service for migrating data and implementing new cloud environment was perfect. They started to help us before we begin to bring together all data such as how can it could be best to transfer all data without problems. During the migration they watched all the process closely to prevent any failure. Lastly, after the migration, they gave us trainings on implementation.

Amazon Drive Cloud has the advantage of being backed by one of the companies that has had the highest growth in recent years: Amazon. That gives us security and has been the main reason for us to trust this product. We believe that the security systems of this company are good enough to be quiet while our files are stored on their servers

Dropbox, Google Drive, S3 Buckets on AWS, Pcloud, Mega, Box, iCloud, OneDrive I have tried most available cloud storage providers and IBM is by far the most sophisticated, adaptable and affordable option. The onboarding and the ease of use of the Cloud Object Storage is the experience I want to share with my network.

Amazon Drive
- It slowed us down at first since we went from purely agile to document based then agile.
- It is easy to use so even non-developers can access code snippets which they wouldn't know how to access on github.
- It has a lot of features we don't have a use for in our business.

- Prior to cloud storage, we used on-premises storage devices to store and backup, and sometimes it was a headache to scale up or down the storage according to our needs. With the introduction of Cloud Object Storage, we don't have to worry about scaling.
- The uptime is also improved a lot after the introduction of Cloud Object Storage in our organization
- Obviously, it's a very cost-effective way to store and archive data.
