It is great if you
want something less sophisticated than Kubernetes. There is less complexity in scalling and there is freedom in configuring how you want to scale. Downside is that you can scale one particular micro service, maybe its not the best fit for a micro service based application.

Practicality and flexibility are very good with this tool. It is used by all departments of the company. TI manages the entire Avaya solution. Everything works in the cloud and I didn't need to install any applications on my notebook. Through the browser, I access the virtual meetings without complications. And when I'm in transit, I access the official app on my Android and participate in sessions with my 4G internet. The interface I like a lot and is very friendly and clean. The functionalities are within easy reach, such as screen sharing, mute functions, chat, and annotations.

  • Previous scaling policy screen no longer exists, so you need to understand what new interface actually does.

  • I would like to see more of their in office communications systems. Right now they seem outpaced by competitors even though their core services are superior.
  • The interface could be updated a little. There is a lot of interaction that the operator needs to go through that could be automated.

Usability is good since we already know how AWS works. For those that are new it might be a little bit confusing at the beginning but they are improving it at a fast pace. Even though AWS keeps changing the user interface constantly, it is still powerful, understandable and easy to use. For technical people, they still offer the CLI.

There are few times that we have not been able to take advantage of the tool, but those moments are related to the bandwidth of each person in [their] home. Those who have low signal cannot access meetings on the platform smoothly.

The platform works as is. The help and tutorials on the help page can help you to setup the entire platform without problems, and also provides help on a huge variety of problems.Amazon also provides support plans. We have the basic support plan, but Amazon offers three support tiers, and we know that it works perfect.

It seems like anytime we have some issue it takes support a long time to figure out. It really just seems very lacking overall. Most of the time the phone technicians seem to have no clue what we are talking about and they have to go research and get back to us.

AWS UI's are better to use. They are cleaner.
Azure UI looks crowded. AWS instance is faster than Azure. Load balancer
emphases in AWS is useful.

The product pricing sits in the mid-high position compared to its competitor. It provides the most features when compared to the competitors. It has excellent support which can only be matched by the more pricey competitors, however, the lack of 24x7 support can be a challenge especially when your support comes from a country with a different time zone.

  • Voice Quality is extremely good and helps in getting many ppl in conference with ease.
