If you are utilizing mobile push, email, or SMS for marketing reasons, Amazon Pinpoint is amazing. If you are utilizing Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud as your backend system, then the support all can come from one place, which makes troubleshooting easier. We use Amazon Pinpoint in order to send billions of emails. Most notable is the use for password reset.

Alternatives Considered
Amazon AWS
Amazon Pinpoint is way easier to use than Adobe Campaign and cheaper than Salesforce. Great solution with easy AWS integration for a non-beatable price. When you think about the integration that you need to use with a third-party application and all the backend software installs, you can see why being able to use the AWS API to make calls to Amazon Pinpoint directly would be a way more feasible solution if you're using Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud already.

Countly
Countly have two main elements that make it the better option. First is open sourced so you can edit with code new options and new events, also you can use a variety of plugins depending of the necessities of the users and the objectives of every analysis. The second characteristic is that is very easy to use and even if is open source and the code could seem complex everything is very intuitive.
