Amity

  • For success teams that are siloed, with a large stack to manage; it works amazingly
  • Or small teams
  • For Teams that may have a lot of revenue targets, it's hard

Natero

Natero is great for businesses that need to view the health and status of 5-20 accounts. You can certainly see more, however, it's paginated, which makes it more cumbersome. And harder to see in a snapshot. Natero is not as well suited for businesses that need to view the health of over 20 accounts. Nor if they have a heavy focus on project management and visuals for workflows.

Alternatives Considered

Amity understands that we need more than views to manage a cuatomer... you have to have a CRM.
Janielle Loken profile photo
Natero is specifically built for customer success, other tools are merely capable of some of its functions. A tool like Pendo does a great job at aiding the product manager and helps to identify features and modules that are popular, but this doesn't translate into customer health. Salesforce is the gorilla, which attempts to do everything, but is really best at its original job of CRM.

Return on Investment

  • Faster churn indicators
Janielle Loken profile photo
  • Visibility - We can now see in one place the many dimensions of customer health
  • Focus - Knowing who is in trouble and how that affects the business means teams can focus on key accounts
  • Insight - Natero shows the effectiveness of common actions, therefore we can improve processes over time
