At the high school, college and small business level it is fairly priced and easy to work with. The automated pipeline to track calls, sites visits and online chats makes it fast and quick to connect with potential customers. In a day like today where it is crucial to make sales as fast as possible, because any hesitate could result in a loss of a sale, this platform makes it pretty simple. Web forms implemented on our website really helps to connect all of our communication. I would highly recommend it as a means for small businesses to track sales, clients and data. I think as the business grows there may be software that does the sales, marketing tracking side, as well as payroll and HR services as well to not need multiple providers.

When you have a lot of techs out in the field, Jobber helps to keep track of who is assigned to which job. This lessens the likelihood of miscommunication or having jobs "fall through the cracks." Techs do not need to physically come to the office for their assignments each day which saves time and money since they can access their Jobber assignments through their phones.

The recurring job feature was key to our decision in selecting Jobber. There's a lot of flexibility in how you schedule recurring work. I especially like that you can select the frequency (weekly, monthly) coupled with either a specific date or day of the week/month. Client email reminders help our clients know when we're coming and provide an important point of contact. Customizing the email was easy. Client overview. Adding information to different fields is timely, and having an auto-fill would be very useful for a lot of the text fields. Perhaps using AI platforms could help identify what content should flow where on the platform. Allow for Twitter integration. It is usable in multiple settings, but in my opinion preferably for small to medium-sized organizations. It covers the process as a whole and can be used in any segment (from creating a quote to client communication). The mobile app is very usable, intuitive, and especially useful for people working in the field

There is hardly an app that covers it all while staying simple and wrapping up the process. From the filing of the request, everything goes smoothly following a natural progression. Reports are insightful, give you an instant overview and easy to understand. In addition, you can easily track any information from those on clients to expense tracking.

Positive, the leads you can gather all in one place makes it much more of an efficient process to track communication, so it saves time, and as a result, saves money. Negative, it seems to take up a lot of data on our mobile devices. Overall it does not have a major impact on the business, but on a mobile device it does drain the battery more than other apps do.
