Amplifai is extremely useful when needing to show data and performance when reviewing performance with my agents.

It is great for perfecting sales skills and ramping up new talent via a library of videos. It is also great for creating sales competitions. This gets everyone engaged on the specific exercise that the firm is looking to educate its employees on

• The platform is not as intuitive as one would think. Setting up an exercise is somewhat annoying.
