First of all it is very easy to install and it is user friendly. You just download a Anaconda from its official site and you can start using it for coding (I usually code using Jupiter Notebook) Compared to Pycharm it is easier navigate in Anaconda(Jupiter Notebook)
For me it is a best environment to use if I have small projects. Jupiter Notebook is running tasks much faster compared to Pycharm and other IDE's.
In my work I usually need different scientific packages that are not commonly used. As Anaconda have thousands of libraries it helps me making my job easier

One small but important feature that I like is that I can show dates by ISO week, this is very helpful for multi-year reporting within a business that works and speaks by ISO week.
Zoho Reports is a good tool to use for data reporting from Zoho Projects. Very useful if you are already in the Zoho ecosystem.
We use this tool to provide reports to leadership and review team goals. This is very helpful for users who do not use Zoho Projects but want information on day-to-day operations and goal setting.

Cons

Anaconda could greatly benefit by integrating with Git and other versioning software.
The software's default installation is relatively bloated, slower on older machines, and could be improved by allowing for a lean default installation environment.
Anaconda has an issue with supporting the current version of Computer-Vision, a commonly used machine learning package.

Reports was challenging to understand initially and some of their documents were out of date so importing did not work.
It would be nice if the importing instructions were a little more clear for the layman as not all businesses can have an IT department or the like to set up software like this.
Due to insufficient descriptions, it can be unclear as to what a report is describing or displaying to you.

It's really good at data processing, but needs to grow more in publishing in a way that a non-programmer can interact with. It also introduces confusion for programmers that are familiar with normal Python processes which are slightly different in Anaconda such as virtualenvs.

Seemed easy to use from the start to now and doesn't require specific skills to learn how to use.For example, I've got only a vague knowledge of MYSQL but could set up data exchanges myself without problem by using procedures that can be found on the Zoho website.

Very powerful charts and graphs that are much easier to use than Excel. It's like a pivot table combined with a chart. I love the ability to dynamically change the charts just by turning data sets on and off in order to drill down and analyze individual data sets without having to create dozens of new charts.
