ANTstein needs no code or minimal programming. This makes the assigning tasks to bots much easier without wasting time. ANTstein in very useful in performing rule-based tasks. For some tasks and special cases, human assistance is still needed to make decisions.

[Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) is well suited] if you have scenarios where you want to automate email notifications or getting approvals from different stakeholders.Also if you need integrations with some other M365 Applications, this works great. To make the flows running longer than 30 days you need to do some workarounds like create new flow post 30 days. This is still a challenge in Power Automate

Pros

Ai enabled RPA: unique in the market. Most of the RPA tools do not provide Ai in RPA. A.I. in RPA means making an intelligent and self-monitoring robot army.
It creates numerous ants when the task is overloaded. Most of the time in Big Data Analytics, unstructured and semi-structured data comes in a pipeline. ANTstein knows very well how to channelize the data.
Automated Data analytics and code free automation. This supports all formats like PDF, digital data, and spreadsheets.

Allow for important tasks, reminders and emails to be automatically redelivered and pinned for importance.
Ease of template use and flow wizard to help those unfamiliar with its potential.
Integrates across the entire O365 suite which makes the tool easy to access and little effort to deploy. Simple licensing roll-out is all that is needed.
Self-help knowledge base is very informative.

Some of the tasks still needs human intervention. The level of complexity of autonomous tasks handling without human intervention is needed to be improved.

One thing is, unlike PowerApps, it's not for everyone. You need some technical know how.
Sometimes connections get broken and you might have to recreate the Flow, which can be a nightmare scenario depending on how big it is.
Cryptic error messages, I feel we could be given more info when a Flow fails.

Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) is very user friendly. It is mostly just click to add functions or connections and then fill in pertinent information to ensure that the connector functions the way that you want. I was able to create my first flow within minutes just by looking through the connectors and piecing it together.

So Microsoft Flow support for its general troubleshooting or correcting issues is excellent. But to my knowledge, Microsoft Flow itself does not have service providers, even though they offer templates on their online app. I have found myself many times trying to complete individual actions that have no known template or even forum example. Every business is unique, and Microsoft does an excellent job of providing versatile yet straightforward systems. Microsoft Flow is definitely on the more advanced side of things. Having support or being able to purchase superior service (on building personalized flows) would be great.

Like all plugin type enabler programs, Flow bridges a gap that SharePoint couldn't fill on its own. SharePoint allows for some helpful automation of collaboration, but where it falls short is where Flow has an opportunity to elaborate. On-Prem Nintex and SharePoint 2016 are both the pinnacle of ease of use and user experience, but they are no longer available to our organization. Since it is the survivor, the goal is to learn to adapt and make the platform sing. If Flow gets the triggers and event-based activity sorted out, along with doing a great job of prepackaging some basic critical functionality like approvals, WIP tracking, and notifications, it should be a great addition to the tool kit.

Return on Investment

Positive: Robotics Process Automation with AI and self-learning eases repeated tasks. Even when data structure changes, ANTstein handles by itself
Negative: It shoes special characters when input fonts are not available in the system. Sometimes it becomes difficult to handle local language fonts.
Positive: Detect text and non-text content in screen scraping, and web scraping with replication accuracy using OCR and Data Scraping.

With Microsoft Flow, you can connect to many data sources such as DocuSign, Dropbox, Facebook, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Office 365, OneDrive, Salesforce, Slack, SQL Server, and Twitter.
Templates are often useful for automating many common business workflows, but you can easily create your own as well.
Negative - Not all column types are supported by Flow.
