Any.do vs Deltek WorkBook

Any.do is well suited for anyone who needs help managing tasks and reminders for projects at work or at home. It's very easy to use and can be shared with others for increased collaboration. It will always run up against its greatest competition - pen to paper. It is less appropriate where specific project management tools are being used that Any.do doesn't integrate with.

My recommendation very much depends on who the colleague is. I would recommend WorkBook if it is an accountant, project manager or someone similar, and if the setup is done within WorkBook and passwords, etc. are being used within WorkBook only. I would tell IT Managers to avoid the application and think twice in terms of access management etc.

The integrations on IT level are not great and should be improved.
Change of IP's that's used for logins are being changed without reporting it to super users.

I have not needed to use support for Any.do at this point. Because the user interface is very easy to use, most problems can be figured out on your own. That said, I have been told that the support is efficient and helpful when needed. Answers are given in quick order.

Alternatives Considered

The syncing of Any.do is better and you can use it in more than one device at the same time, considering that you use the free version.The support of Any.do, including the community, is great. When you edit an item or note in Any.do, the font type does not change among devices and, consequently, the visual is better.

WorkBook is one of the cheaper solutions on the market, which, in the long term, gives a great ROI.
We have spent a lot of time on support which is a negative impact.
