The program is well suited for businesses or individuals who require remote access to other computers or devices. This is especially true of IT support or program administrators who may have to troubleshoot or tutor users. Screen sharing is beneficial and seeing actions helpful for regular program use and problem solving

  • We have experienced some stability problems (mostly Tomcat related).
  • The interface could be a little more user-friendly.
  • Certain keyboard shortcuts used by Guacamole GUI are impossible to use in the Firefox browser in out-of-the-box configuration.

  • We’ve not paid for it but used it so it’s been beneficial
  • We would benefit with the remote access control monitored for many situations where problem solving would come into play
  • Any sharing app or program is beneficial if a user can access remotely
