App Data Room

ADR is a great interactive tool for B2B businesses that sales deals one-on-one with the customer. I don't think it would be well suited for B2C businesses because of the need and cost for individual licenses per user. I would highly recommend this tool to B2B companies that practice traditional sales with a technological edge.

It’s been a huge advantage to them to be global at such an early stage of their development. They keep improving the product from level of customer interaction. They are a little overstretched but I think they’ll grow into it.

  • Provides analytics around most and least used pieces of collateral
  • Allows our marketing team to generate and upload new collateral on demand

  • High Level technographic data - Lattice will generally identify which core products are being used at a company

  • I wish the App UI was the same across all platforms. The app looks different on Windows than iOS.

  • PRISM is really as good as the information that is fed into it. We have had issues with contacts being recognized between PRISM and Salesforce, but it was due to he information we loaded. I would love to see more competitive information, though I think that is something we need to work on internally.

App Data Room has been instrumental in allowing our sale representatives to present up-to-date and innovative marketing collateral to potential customers. A second value add is that our Marketing Department is able to create and upload the most current material to the app so that our sales representatives have access to the most up-to-date information to present to our customers.

Overall, the App Data Room product is easy to use. Our Marketing Department is able to quickly upload updated and new material once they create the documents. Users are able to quickly find material filed by subject matter. Once the appropriate material is located, it can be presented on their iPad and emailed to prospective customers who indicate interest in the products.

It is very easy to use. Sales people really like the interface. For marketing not as easy to use due to the reporting. It’s a little bit difficult.

It’s not very set-up for marketing users who need a full on view of all sales users. It’s not like Salesforce.com where you have marketing admin access and can create dummy profiles and dummy accounts. It’s really designed for just a sales rep and their account set

No, key insights. Implementation was easy. The App Data Room staff hosted initial training sessions for our support personnel, and then these support persons conducted training and support sessions for our users.

While the training is very easy, we had to do a lot of heavy lifting to really scale it. It’s been a bit of all hands on deck. We have had the marketing team walk the sales floor to get training to happen. Our challenge was having the bandwidth, however once it’s done it’s done

We've used custom developed tools in the past but the upfront cost is very high and the solution we had was very costly to update. We did not have a CMS previously so real-time updates were unheard of. App Data Room has all of the features we previously had plus so much more.

Installing a predictive analytics engine requires transformation and change management of sales, product owners, and their associated leadership. Lattice Engines has a holistic approach that includes hand-holding an organization through the change needed to be successful.

  • We have seen quantifiable ROI when our reps have used the product to target accounts. In a recent example we found that accounts that targeted these "hi-po" accounts identified by using Lattice analytics created over $27M in pipeline over a month long period for a key product we are interested in selling more of to customers, compared to a less than $1M for accounts that were not identified as "hi-po".
