ApplicantPro is well suited in a environment where an employer isn't hiring a ton of people - this is because ApplicantPro is built with some automation, but you do have to pay attention to each individual candidate. ApplicantPro would be less well suited for a company looking to hire a lot of people or a company where they want to post a ton of different jobs

VidCruiter is best suited for those that want to be paperless and go the digital route. VidCruiter gives the option to record the live interviews so they remain on the platform if we ever need to go back to review. In my opinion there is not a scenario where this is not appropriate, because if you don't see a function of interest, VidCruiter will consider creating it or figure a way to make it happen for you
Read full review Pros Notifies me when someone has applied for a position. Send follow-up emails to applicants. Relatively easy to set up a job posting. Read full review VidCruiter is my first Applicant Tracking System but it was still relatively easy to set up exactly to our needs and there was lots of support over email and the phone / internet meetings during the setup and after. It is easy to use and update too, no coding ability needed. The integrated video and live interviews are unique to VidCruiter and why we chose it over competing products. They are easy to setup and use and provide the HR staff with a much more personal feeling for who the applicants are. The auto rating of the applicants and their references along with the easy rating of applicant video interviews and any other data entered sorts applicants after what abilities are important to your company and makes it easy to start with the most suited candidates and work your way down. This is our first season of using VidCruiter or any ATS. We are very happy with the time saved and level of organization and clarity that using VidCruiter has provided. We have a ton of ideas for improvements for the next season, and the flexibility of the system, the easy setup and maintenance and the very responsive support from VidCruiter makes this easy.

We selected VidCruiter over
mostly because of the ability to edit rubrics. In a world where equity is at the top, we must be able to rate candidates in a non-biased way and being able to edit the rubrics allows us to do so. We also through customer service was top notch at VidCruiter and decided to keep using it (we considered switching to
at one point)
Read full review Return on Investment ApplicantPro has given us a cost-efficient way of getting our jobs out to several free job sites and does a great job of integrating with Indeed. We typically get a great flow of candidates when we post with ApplicantPro.
